Compliance with the instructions and regulations will contribute to the success of the exhibition and will help us provide you with good and efficient service.

Exhibitor Regulations

Dear Exhibitor, please note that the Exhibitor Regulations, which include the Exhibitor Regulations and Services Booklet of the exhibition, constitute a binding contract in every respect between the exhibitors and the Company. Accordingly, all exhibitors at the exhibition are obligated to comply with these Regulations.

Exhibition name: NEW-TECH EXHIBITION 2026, the International High-Tech and Electronics Exhibition. Organized by NEW-TECH EVENTS.
Exhibition venue: Pavilion 1, Tel Aviv Fairgrounds (hereinafter: the Fairgrounds).
Exhibition dates and opening hours: Tuesday 26 May 2026 through Wednesday 27 May 2026 inclusive, 09:00 to 16:00.
Setup dates: Exhibitor entry Sunday 24.5.2026 from 16:00.
Dismantling: Immediately upon the end of the exhibition, Wednesday 27 May from 16:30 to 23:00.

Please submit your requirements for the Services Booklet in advance.


1. Paid services

In addition to the services specified in the engagement agreement, exhibitors may obtain additional technical services subject to additional payment directly to the service providers. Additional services include wired communications, wireless communications and TV, additional electrical consumption, water and sewage, compressed air, cleaning services, international shipping and customs brokerage.
Orders for additional services must be placed directly with the Operations and Maintenance Division of the Fairgrounds:

  1. Orders for additional services must be completed on the Service Summary Form no later than 20 days prior to the exhibition opening date.

  2. Connection of display units in the pavilions and open areas to the electricity, communications and water networks of the Fairgrounds will be performed exclusively by Fairgrounds personnel, at the exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with such orders.

  3. Exhibitors must pay Expo Tel Aviv according to its rates for additional services including lighting electricity consumption, power, compressed air, water, communications and any other services used by exhibitors and or their contractors from the beginning of preparations until evacuation.

  4. Exhibitors must pay Expo Tel Aviv for facilities, devices and additional services via the service order form. Credit card details must be entered upon completion of data entry. Payment must be made prior to installation.

  5. The participation fee covers the use of the display units as defined in the order form for the duration of the exhibition and includes the following services:
    a) General lighting in built pavilions and general cleaning of public areas excluding display units. Electricity consumption as defined in the services booklet.
    b) General cleaning of public areas including aisles excluding cleaning inside display units.
    c) Exhibitor name tags for the display unit.
    d) Parking vouchers according to the exhibition management allocation based on a key published separately.
    e) Listing in the exhibition catalog. Additional advertising available for a fee at special exhibitor rates.
    f) Invitations for distribution to customers to visit the exhibition.


2. Delivery of display units

  1. Display units in uniform booths and islands in the pavilions and in open areas will be ready for delivery to exhibitors on Sunday 24/5/2026 at 16:00. Entry to open areas only in coordination with exhibition management.

  2. Display areas will be made available subject to full payment of participation fees and fulfillment of all exhibitor obligations. Exhibitors may not bring products into the exhibition areas without confirmation of payment completion.


3. Design guidelines in the display areas

3.1 Uniform booth in built pavilions

3.1.1 Display height may not exceed 2.5 meters.
3.1.2 No panels or tall display elements may be built in the front strip up to 0.5 meter depth.
3.1.3 This area is for table display or sales counters only.
3.1.4 Carpet color inside display units determined by exhibition management.
3.1.5 Company name lettering on beam in English uppercase letters in red.

3.2 Display in open areas

3.2.1 Display height may not exceed 3.5 meters. Higher construction requires approval.
3.2.2 Minimum distance from floor for suspended displays is 5 meters.
3.2.3 No panels or tall display elements along island or half-island fronts up to 1 meter depth. Beyond this height construction allowed subject to approved plans.
3.2.4 Displays must remain open and airy and not block sightlines.
3.2.5 Maintain 1 meter clearance from electrical cabinet.


4. General design and setup rules

4.1 No pushpins or nails may be used in built booths.
4.2 Equipment or accessories in built booths may not be modified or dismantled except by the official contractor.
4.3 Transporters of machinery or heavy displays must avoid oil leakage in aisles or display areas.
4.4 No alteration or damage to allocated display area including walls, floors, windows or doors without prior written approval.
4.5 Only Euro 704 exhibition tape / 20255 double-sided adhesive permitted. Prohibited adhesives include foam tapes, silicone, acrylic or rubber tapes, Velcro, epoxy, carpenter glue, hot glue and similar materials.
4.6 Floor coverings must be removed after the event including adhesives and disposed in containers. Booth must be restored to original condition. If Expo removes coverings organizer bears cost.
4.7 Booth construction may not block aisles, doors, windows, fire equipment, electrical connections, sanitation or airflow or inconvenience others.
4.8 No advertising outside allocated booth area without written approval. Hanging within booth requires coordination with management.
4.9 Exhibitors must submit all models, plans and drawings including heights, weights and contents no later than 30 days before opening. Decisions issued within 14 days. Plans must be sent to shiri@new-techmagazine.com.
4.10 At least 24 hours before opening exhibitors must submit all required Safety Approvals signed by a safety engineer. Failure to submit may prevent booth opening without claims against Company.
4.11 All booth construction, design, display and cleaning must be completed at least 12 hours before opening. No work allowed afterward.


5. Exhibited goods

5.1 Displays must remain uncovered and present during all exhibition hours.
5.2 Machines and devices must comply with all safety regulations and additional Company rules.
5.3 Flammable, explosive or hazardous items are prohibited.


6. Demonstrations

6.1 Demonstrations permitted only with full safety precautions required by law and authorities.
6.2 Company may prohibit operation of machines deemed hazardous.
6.3 Exhibitors bear full liability for any damage or injury during demonstrations and indemnify the Company including legal expenses.
6.4 Company may set time or operational limitations.


7. Safety guidelines for the exhibition

7.1 All exhibitor activities must comply with laws and standards including electricity, gas, structures and machinery and be performed by licensed professionals.
7.2 Exhibitors must follow all Company and safety officer instructions.
7.3 Prior written approval required for:
a. Welding or open flame work
b. Gas installations
c. Radiation equipment
d. Popcorn machines
e. Beer or coffee dispensing equipment
f. Fire related demonstrations
g. Non-standard booth construction
h. Any non-standard structure requires safety engineer approval 24 hours before opening
7.4 No vehicles or equipment near emergency exits.
7.5 Do not block fire hoses or exits.
7.6 Painting must use water-based paints.
7.7 Dismantling without audience presence.
7.8 Packaging removed from booth area.
7.9 Booth design plans from external designers require safety engineer approval.
7.10 Designers available via exhibition manager.


8. Advertising

8.1 Exhibitors may advertise only their own business and displayed goods.
8.2 Advertising only inside booth boundaries.
8.3 No excessive noise or loudspeakers.
8.4 Promotion must not infringe rights or disturb others and must cease upon Company request.


9. Catalog

9.1 If an official catalog is issued each exhibitor may appear in listing free of charge.
9.2 Catalog content at Company discretion with no liability for errors.
9.3 Additional advertising subject to fee payable to New-Tech Magazine.


10. Sale of goods

Orders may be accepted but displays may not be altered or removed.


11. Concessionaires

11.1 Exhibitors may not bring, cook or sell food. Food and beverages supplied only by official concessionaire.


12. Non-utilization of areas

12.1 Booth space must remain occupied until closing.
12.2 Unused space may be reassigned by Company without refund or claims.


13. Evacuation and removal

13.1 Exhibitors must vacate booth after exhibition according to schedule.
13.2 Booth and structures must be dismantled and restored to original condition.
13.3 Exhibitors must follow all Company instructions for removal.


14. Guarding and supervision

14.1 Company not responsible for exhibitor property loss or damage.
14.2 Private guards allowed only with written approval and not overnight.
14.3 Guardians Law 1967 does not apply.
14.4 Ushers responsible only for order under Company authority.
14.5 No staff may remain overnight.


15. Cleaning of display areas

Exhibitors responsible for booth cleanliness and order.


16. Storage of packaging

Company not responsible for packaging stored outside booth.


17. Transportation

17.1 All transport and handling responsibility of exhibitor.
17.2 All customs and taxes borne by exhibitor.


18. Parking and traffic

18.1 Parking only with vouchers and management instructions.
18.2 Entry via designated gates.
18.3 No parking on grass.


19. Entry with equipment during setup and dismantling

19.1 Fairgrounds operates electronic parking system. Exit with electronic card only.
19.2 Insert card at exit slot.
19.3 Additional cards ordered via services form.


20. Liability

Exhibitors fully responsible for booth, equipment and contents and must compensate Company for any damage.

20.1 In case of war, force majeure or authority intervention exhibition may be canceled or postponed without refund.
20.2 Exhibitor liable for any injury or damage caused by its actions or personnel.
20.3 Exhibitor liable toward Company and third parties for bodily or property damage arising from its activities.


Services Booklet

Dear Exhibitor,
Below are schedules and instructions for exhibition setup subject to the Regulations.
Please complete the services order form at least 20 days before opening.

Setup arrangements
Space released only after plan approval and payment settlement.

  1. Vehicle entry via Fairgrounds bypass gates. Pavilion entry via rear doors only.

  2. Setup completion Monday 25.5.2026 at 22:00. Aisles must be cleared by then.

  3. No private vehicle parking during setup. Move vehicle after unloading.

  4. No vehicle movement during exhibition.

  5. Goods entry during exhibition 06:00 to 07:30 before visitors.

  6. Exhibitor entry with parking vouchers only. No pedestrian entry via bypass gates.

  7. Report suspicious persons or objects to security or 03-6404567.

  8. In case of fire notify exhibition management or Fairgrounds control 03-6404567. Fire extinguisher recommended.

  9. Dismantling arrangements
    9.1 Full cooperation required at closing.
    9.2 Exhibition closes Wednesday 27.5.2026 at 16:00. No dismantling before 16:30 without approval. Early dismantling incurs 20 percent surcharge next exhibition.
    9.3 Dismantling entry only via designated gates.

New-Tech Magazines Group not responsible for equipment loss during dismantling.

Important
Do not park trucks on roads around Fairgrounds. Municipal fines apply.


Chapter 1 Cleaning transport and international shipping

  1. General cleaning by organizer excluding booths. Booth cleaning exhibitor responsibility or paid service.

  2. Transport loading and handling exhibitor responsibility using forklifts only.

  3. Customs brokerage exhibitor responsibility.


Chapter 2 Electrical supply

One power point 2 kW per 10 sqm free.
Additional consumption ordered via Sokonik.
Extra points installed by exhibitor.
24 hour supply subject to approval. Cost NIS 500 plus VAT.
Three phase via proper plug.
All work by licensed electrician and inspected before activation.


Chapter 3 Water and sewage

Exhibitor must send exact locations to shiri@new-techmagazine.com 20 days prior.
Special sewage priced per plan.


Chapter 4 Booth signage

Signage for built booths only ordered via signage form.

a. Only standard booths
b. 45 characters per 10 sqm booth
c. Same lettering style
d. Contractor installs. Exhibitor responsible for text accuracy.


Chapter 5 Compressed air

Exact point locations required 20 days prior.
Pressure 8 to 10 bar.
Quick connector required.


Chapter 6 Paid booth cleaning

Pre-opening deep clean and daily cleaning included.
Company not liable for exhibitor property.


Chapter 7 Exhibitor name tags

  1. Number of exhibitor name tags per company by booth size
    Up to 12 sqm up to 4
    13 to 18 sqm up to 5
    19 to 24 sqm up to 6
    25 to 36 sqm up to 8
    37 to 49 sqm up to 10
    50 sqm and above up to 15

  2. Name tags issued to ordering company employees only and non transferable.

  3. Subtenancy or booth sharing prohibited. Violations may lead to booth closure without compensation.

  4. Name tag does not authorize vehicle entry.

  5. Name tag is official entry authorization to Fairgrounds.

  6. Eligibility subject to submitted name lists.
