Exhibition Regulations
Please carefully read the exhibition regulations provided below on this page and ensure that all parties acting on your behalf are familiar with and comply with the guidelines.
Required Forms
To ensure proper preparation for the exhibition, please complete the forms attached to this email.
All required details must be filled in, including the names of all staff members who will be present at the booth.
✅ Name Tag Form – exhibitor badge names | Due by May 3, 2026
✅ Building Instructions Form – booth construction details | Due by April 12, 2026
⚠️ In the Building Instructions Form, please indicate whether you ordered:
a shell scheme booth (provided by New-Tech) or raw space for custom build.
Booth Construction Details by Booth Type
🔹 Shell Scheme Booth (by New-Tech)
Includes: Sima-type booth | carpet, table, and two chairs
✔️ 2KW power point per 10 sqm (power strip not included – exhibitor responsibility)
✔️ Fascia board with company name at the front of the booth
Maximum height: 2.5 m
Any deviation requires production approval by April 19, 2026
🔸 Raw Space (Custom Build)
Includes: floor space only
✔️ 2KW power point per 10 sqm (power strip not included – exhibitor responsibility)
✔️ Independent booth design and construction (recommended designers list available)
✔️ Safety engineer approval – BSAFE will contact you
Maximum height: 3.5 m
Any deviation requires production approval by April 19, 2026
